Eid-el-Kebir for Palestinians

What can we do but continue to refuse the ongoing genocide and do everything we can to remind that the Palestinian people has a right to live with dignity and joy?

A population surrounded by more and more danger and surviving in refugee camps in the best scenario: the updates we receive from our charity partners on the ground are heartbreaking….

In the occupied West Bank, we can provide an Eid El Kebir meal made up of rice and meat (mutton will be provided if the supply goes well) to 294 families. The meals will be distributed in schools, mosques, health centers located in Jenin and Tulkarem.

Support a family = €25 donation

UPDATE 30/05: the distributions will only take place in the province of Tulkarem, more precisely in the town of Bala’, whereas the initial plan was to include also Jenin.

The animals (oxen with an average weight of 450-500 kg) will be slaughtered on the first day of Eid. The meat will then be cooked in a local community kitchen. Meals will be distributed on the first two days of Eid.

*It should be noted that the situation of displaced people in the West Bank is different from that in the Gaza Strip: they live in hotels or public buildings supported by local administrations, whereas in Gaza, the people survive in camps, shelters or schools.

In dying Gaza, the health centers run by one of our charity partners are still working and can give small toys to 500 children who attend. Coloring, small toys, dolls, etc., these are not the most elaborate toys still available on Gaza’s domestic market, but they’re better than nothing when you’re a child and a holiday comes. These are children who are traumatized day after day and they absolutely need some break and joy…

1 gift for a child of Gaza = €7 donation
