🚨Emergency: earthquake in Morocco
The authorities state that more than 2,000 people died and as many were injured following the earthquake that occurred on the night of September 8, 2023. Priority goes to rescue survivors and evaluate the heavy damage in Marrakech, Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Taroudant, Ouarzazate not to mention the surrounding rural areas more difficult to access.
Several villages were hit in the High Atlas where we want to provide a well to Moroccan families. Some of them have not yet been reached by the civil protection teams at the time we are putting this project online.
This project will cover basic necessities :
- first aid medical equipment
- food products
- clothing
- covers
- tents
- generator sets
- jackhammers
Total budget: €17 000

Basic necessities have already been provided to people from two villages and 5 sanitary blocks have been delivered in several villages.
